What is your current lead time?
Our current lead time is posted on the front page of our website (currently < 8 weeks). All orders are made to the customer's specifications.
Do you offer LE/Military discounts?
Yes we offer 10% discount for all police, military, and first responders. Please email us to find out how to apply the coupon code. *Please note this discount does not apply to other offers*
What thickness Kydex do you use?
We use only .08" thick Kydex branded material.
What is a sweat guard?
The sweat guard is there to protect the slide from coming into contact with sweat and to protect the person's skin while wearing the holster.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND WARRANTY
We offer a 30 day return policy for our Quick-ship holsters and Universal Mag Carriers. The buyer pays return shipping on the product. All other products are considered custom products and are not returnable/exchangeable since they are made to the customers exact specifications and options.
We have a lifetime warranty that covers all normal wear and tear on the holster or hardware. The warranty does not cover any sort of negligent damage that is done on the holster or hardware. If you have any fitment or retention issues with your holster at any point you can contact us and we will either repair or remake (if necessary) your holster free of charge.
