Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled before production has started will receive a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after production has started, along with expedited orders, will incur a 50% cancellation fee due to handling and material cost. Shipping cost is also not refunded.
We offer a 30-day return policy for the following products:
- Quick-ship holsters
- Universal Mag Carriers
- Custom holsters
- Gift Cards
- Contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging with all included accessories.
- Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment (minus original shipping cost), once the return is received and inspected.
All other holsters available on our website are considered custom products. These items are carefully crafted to your exact specifications and options. Therefore, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We stand by the quality of our products. For our custom-made holsters and universal mag carriers, we offer a lifetime warranty that covers normal wear and tear on the holster or hardware. However, please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic issues and damage resulting from negligence or misuse.
Warranty Claim Process:
If you experience any fitment or retention issues with your holster, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team to report the issue.
- We will evaluate your case and determine the appropriate solution.
- If necessary, we will repair or remake your holster free of charge.
We offer flat-rate shipping fees of $10.00 for all orders within the United States. We utilize trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
